Returns & Exchanges

Most Tuff Market products are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email coryking926@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once made-to-order production begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after processing.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
