Many Tuff Market items are produced on demand after your order is placed. Production and delivery time can vary by product, destination, and carrier.

Processing

Once your order enters production, you will receive updates by email. Delivery dates shown at checkout or in order updates are estimates and may change.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address

Please check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email coryking926@gmail.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delays and delivery issues

Weather, carrier delays, customs, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has another delivery issue, contact us with your order number.

International orders

Where applicable, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country unless those charges were collected at checkout.
