Returns and refunds

Many Tuff Market products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart and your order details before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email tuffera@zohomail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. You do not need to send an item back unless we provide return instructions.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
